  • Alcohol and drug OD
  • Do not use with other CNS depressants (barbiturates, narcotics, ETOH)

Dosage

A
  • Adult:
    • 2 - 2.5 mg slow IV push over 2-3 min
    • May repeat to total dose of 0.1 mg/kg
  • Not for peds
