  • Potentiates ETOH and anticholinergics
  • Inhibits corticosteroids
  • MAOI’s may prolong anticholinergic effects

  • Adult:
    • 25-50mg IM, IV
  • Ped:
    • 1-2 mg/kg slow IV or IM
  • If given PO: 5mg/kg/24 hrs
