Builds up the uterus lining, switches off FSH and stimulates LH

What does placebo mean?
The control given to patients. It looks the same as the active treatment but doesn’t contain the drug
What does double blind mean?
When neither the patient or the researcher knows what the patient is being given in the clinical trial
What is clinical trial?
A trial carried out to ensure the drug being tested is better than the existing drug
What does optimum mean?
Maximum
