Describe Meniere’s Attacks
A
Sever, sudden attacks that may cause permanent hearing loss. Nausea and vomiting can also be present

What is the best environment for a client with this syndrome?
A
Bed rest in a quite room, moving head slowly, sedatives can be given to keep client cal,. Low-playing music helps with tinnitus

In sever cases a removal of the labyrinth ( or labyrinthectomy) is performed
