A
ALT / AST = transaminases - more liver specific and indicative of hepatic damage
ALP produced in other areas of body so less liver specific. If associated with raised GGT suggests cholestatic picture = obstruction to flow
Albumin (synthesised in liver) commonly low in liver disease
