Something that causes a person to act in a certain way, do a certain thing, etc.
The goal of a person’s actions.
Relatively enduring preferences for a broad class of affectively charged incentives, such as having impact or doing things better.
How to assess motives?
showing an ambiguous pic with a beginning middle and end, for about 5 minutes and this story reveals what the individuals motivational concerns are.
