A

2) Alternate with anti skid - Yellow sys; anti skid; no autobrake

3) Alternate without anti skid - anti skid deactivated either:
a) Electrically - BSCU fail, A/SKD NWS switch
b) Hydraulically - Y+G LOW PR -> brakes supplied by accum only - 7 applications
Automatically 1000psi max to avoid wheel lock and tire burst

4) Parking brake- Yellow sys or accumulator

A

Because that temp ensures the hydraulic fluid will not ignite in the wheel well.

When does the LDG GEAR safety valve operate?

A

When the aircraft is flying faster than 260 kt, a safety valve automatically cuts off hydraulic supply to the landing gear system. Below 260 kt, the hydraulic supply remains cut off as long as the landing gear lever is up.

A

Similar for RTO and Landing (for RTO, speed must be >72kt)

When will the spoilers deploy:

If spoilers armed - Thrust levers idle (and both gear on the ground)

If spoilers not armed - Reverse selected on at least one engine (and both gear on the ground)

When does the pressure indicator in the cockpit indicate pressure?

A

Only indicates pressure when the yellow system controls brake pressure:
* Alternate Braking system
* Parking Brake applied
