Difference between external and internal communication
Communication
is the transferring of a message from the sender to the receiver who understands the message.

is the information or instructions being passed by the sender to the receiver
why is effective communication necessary
the message being or information being sent is received, understood and acted upon in the way intended. If not then communication which is not effective can have serious consequences
internal communication
this is between members of the same organization

external communication
is between one organization and other organizations or individuals like customers

why external communication works well
it is very important to the image and efficiency of a business. It helps promote the business increase its recognition, positively shape the public’s perception of the business and ultimately drive more sales
