PRICEMM; padding; aspiration (olecranon bursitis); x-ray
TX of contusions
Most will occur posteriorly;
most frequently dislocated joint in children under 10 years

Fall on outstretched hand;
hyperextended elbow;
severe twist

Pain; loss of function; deformity; swelling

Check distal pulse/capillary refill;
immobilize;
refer to MD;
x-ray
