A

When a patient calls the clinic for advice, the recipient of the call creates a telephone
encounter, like we did earlier for Nadir. If further follow-up is needed, these
messages are routed to another user or a pool of users.

What is an indicator that a message is a pool message?

A

The question mark and baton icon on the left side indicates that these
are pool messages. If there is no question mark or baton, it is a message directly sent to you.

A

The baton will go from a baton with a negative to a baton with a positive

A

Hover over the baton

A

On the tool bar click put back or click on your plus baton to put it back so someone else can take responsibility for that message

Yes, because when the provider responds back, you will get an inbasket message

A

MyAdvocateAurora portal, from a retail pharmacy, or from the patient calling

What is message responsibility? How can you tell if you have it?

A

Message responsibility is the assigning of a particular person or
pool to complete a task. If you are assigned responsibility, an
icon of a green ball appears next to the message.

What is a result note? Why is it useful?

A

Result notes are notes attached to a particular result, allowing
you to communicate with other clinical staff members regarding
follow-up or other actions that can be taken. It is also filed to the
patient’s chart, helpful for recording comments that can be
viewed later

Review: How can you edit the information that you see on your schedule?

A

Select a schedule under the My Schedule section and click the gears icon or right click and select properties.

Within your report pane, use the search field to look at something once or use the wrench to add the report permanently.
