What is a resource schedule?

A

generic location for scheduling patients that need an appointment in the clinic but do not need to see a specific provider. An example would be a nurse visit just to stay up-to-date on immunizations

A

What is included in the immunization activity?

A

Immunization Report - will create a printer-friendly list of your patient’s historical immunizations.
Query Imm Registry - will query your state registry for any immunizations that were documented by outside organizations.
Storage Unit – used by clinics using the Lot Manager functionality to indicate the storage location in the clinic from which they will be taking the vaccine, if more than one is available.
The top section of the activity shows incomplete administrations. Notice the HPV vaccine that we just released is shown here.
Next, we see Nancy’s Administration History, which shows all the immunizations that we have documented in our organization.
Under this you have the Immunization Registries section. If our query of the state registry had found any immunizations that we had not documented, we could see those here.
Last, we have our Mark as Reviewed button. When we complete our review with our patients, we should mark that here.

Problem list – this is a list of the patient’s current, ongoing problems. It is the responsibility of the provider to maintain this list.

Visit Diagnosis – is the diagnosis that will be associated with today’s visit for billing purposes.
