A
  • Destroys pathogens + any toxins they produce.

A
  • Forms apart of the immune system.
  • Can ingest and digest pathogens.
  • WBC detects chemicals released from the pathogen and moves towards it.
  • WBC ingests the pathogen.
  • Uses enzymes to destroy pathogens.
  • Phagocytosis.

A
  • Protien molecules produced by WBC.
  • Antibodies stick to pathogens.
  • ## Triggers pathogens to be destroyed.
