  • Years 1&2.
  • Clinical placements, anatomy sessions, clinical and communication skills sessions, lectures, workshops, and self-directed learning.

A
  • Scholarship and Special Interest Programme.
  • Allows students to participate in research projects that interest them.
  • Develop research skills.
  • Some students have prevented their work at conferneces or had it published.

  • Student liason teams to provide support.

What is phase 3 at HYMS?

A
  • Clinical placements continue in primary and secondary placements.
  • Even more emphasis will be placed on your being a member of a multidisciplinary medical team, gaining experience of on-call and out-of-hours duties.
  • Elective. 6 weeks.
  • Medical Licensing Assessment.
