A
  • there came more of an awareness of how corrupt the church was
  • it came to people’s attention how members of the church would use religion as an implementation for economical gain
  • as most people were uneducated and illiterate, the members of the church would take advantage of this by suggesting things that wouldn’t necessarily be in the bible
