SIGNS & SYMPTOMS

● (+) Pain RUQ,
● Lower right chest or
● Mid-epigastric area.
● Nausea, vomiting,
● Severe edema.

MANAGEMENT

● Transfusion of fresh frozen plasma or platelets.
● The infant is delivered as soon as feasible by either
vaginal or cesarean birth.
● Epidural anesthesia may not be possible
● Immediate delivery
