What is the conservative management of heart failure?
Fluid restriction
Feeding plan from dieticians
What is the medical management of heart failure?
Diuretics with inotropic support if needed
What is the surgical management of heart failure?
Correction of anatomical defect (if present) causing heart failure.
What is the management of heart failure in end stage cases?
Transplant
