A

with glucose or sodium chloride
intermittently
dilute up to 3ml in 20-50ml infusion fluid- give over 5 minutes

adverse effects of granisetron?

A

constipation, headache
IV and oral: diarrohea, insomnia
extrapyramidal symptoms
QT elongation, serotonin syndrome
