What is a secondary victim?
A person that suffers as an indirect result of a crime (i.e. surviving family members of homicide victim or child that witnesses DV).

What is the Law Enforcement Verification Form?
This form confirms that a crime was reported and that the claimant did not knowingly or willingly participate in the crime. The responding officer or detective may be requested to fill out this form to establish eligibility for financial assistance
