If adequate staffing is not met, the Watch Commander shall
tentatively prepare to hold over the minimum number of members necessary to achieve adequate staffing, and ascertain the source of the staffing issue and the duration (i.e. hospital details, court, commitments, sick leave, etc). The contact the field commander or district commander and advise them.
