  1. BG< 80, if IV access is difficult

  1. Obtain Dexi
  2. Adult:
    a. Hypoglycemia: 1mg IM
    b. Beta blocker OD: 3-10mg IV slowly over 3-5 min
  3. Pediatric:
    a. 20kg give 1mg IM
