Adult: 2-4mg slow IM/IV @ 2mg/min q @ 15-20 min, max 8mg. For sedation-.05mg/kg up to 4mg IM
Ped: .05-.2mg/kg slow (2min) IV/IO/IM. Max .2mg/kg
