What is the weather like in high pressure
A
There are no clouds, it is a clear day and the air is sinking

Describe high pressure in winter and summer
A
In winter, at night frost and fog is formed. It is dangerous to drive. Pipes may burst and homes may get flooded.
In summer, it is very hot during during the day and very cold during the night. It is pleasant in the evening.
