Fever at night, delirium, mental confusion, incoherent speech/aphasia, hot body and hands/feet are cold, macules/rash
T: Red and dry w/out coat
P: Fine-rapid
Heat in PC
Feeling of stuffiness + discomfort of the chest, dull ache in the chest, palpitations, very sl SOB, insomnia, DDS, dizziness, anxiety, propensity to be startled, poor memory, dull-pale complexion, pale lips, cold hands, scanty periods, amenorrhea
T: Pale, thin, sl dry
P: Choppy or fine (very sl hardness on L-front position)
Blood Def of PC
Feeling of tightness + heat of the chest, sl chest ache, palpitations, rapid breathing, mouth + tongue ulcers, thirst, bitter taste (after bad sleep), insomnia, DDS, feeling of agitation/heat, mental restlessness, red face, heavy periods
T: Red, tip redder + swollen w/ red points, yellow coat (maybe HT crack to tip)
P: Full-rapid-overflowing (esp L-front position) or hasty
PC Fire
Palpitations, rapid breathing, oppression + pain in the chest, (all mental Sx: mental depression + dullness/restlessness/confusion, agitation, incoherent speech, muttering to self, shouting, uncontrolled laughter/crying, tendency to hit or scold people, rash/manic behavior, insomnia, DDS, thirst, bitter taste, red face), expectorate phlegm, rattling sounds in throat
T: Red + swollen w/ dry yellow sticky coat, HT crack, maybe redder tip + swollen + red points
P: Rapid + full/overflowing + slippery/wiry
Phlegm-Fire Harassing the HT
Palpitations, distention + sl pain in the chest, chest tightness, sl SOB, feeling of lump in the throat, irritability, sighing, depression, poor appetite, weak + cold limbs, sl purple lips, pale complexion
T: Sl pale-purple on sides in the chest area
P: Empty, but very sl overflowing on L-front position
Qi Stagnation in PC
Stabbing/pricking pain in the chest (may radiate inner L-arm/shoulder, palpitations, SOB, feeling of oppression/constriction of the chest, cyanosis of lips + nails, painful periods w/ dark clots
T: Purple lips
P: Choppy, wiry or knotted
