- AP
- Medial Oblique: opens lateral tarsometatarsal joints
- Lateral

AP Foot
A
- Cassette - 24x30, horizontal
- Positioning - pt can be supine or standing on the floor, place foot on half the cassette and use lead sheet on other half.
- Stabilization - standing comfortably with support if needed
- Shielding - Gonad shielding/lead apron
- Instructions - No foot rotation
- SID - 100cm
- Central Ray - centred at the base of the 3rd metatarsal (central midfoot)
- Tube Tilt - 5-15 cephalad, beam is perpendicular to the dorsum of foot
- Collimation - A-P, include soft tissues of the foot. S-I, include soft tissues of toes
- kV - Children 50 and adults 60
- Marker Placement - lateral to the anatomy

Lateral Foot
A
- Cassette - 18x24 or 24x30, horizontal
- Positioning - pt is sitting with foot lateral on cassette.
- Stabilization - sitting comfortably, leg over
- Shielding - Gonad shielding/lead apron
- Instructions - check malleoli and ensure slight flexion in knee
- SID - 100cm
- Central Ray - perpendicular to image plate and centred to the base of the 3rd metatarsal (central midfoot)
- Tube Tilt - 0
- Collimation - A-P, include soft tissues of the foot. S-I, include soft tissues of toes and distal tibia and fibula
- kV - Children 60 and adults 70
- Marker Placement - superior to the anatomy

Medial Oblique Foot
A
- Cassette -24x30, horizontal
- Positioning - pt is sitting with cassette under foot and the foot internally rotated on a 45 degree sponge. Medial side on cassette
- Stabilization - sitting comfortably, leg over, sponge to be used
- Shielding - Gonad shielding/lead apron
- Instructions - ensure comfortable
- SID - 100cm
- Central Ray - perpendicular to image plate and centred to the base of the 3rd metatarsal (central midfoot)
- Tube Tilt - 0
- Collimation - A-P, include soft tissues of the foot. S-I, include soft tissues of toes and distal tibia and fibula
- kV - Children 50 and adults 60
- Marker Placement - lateral to the anatomy
