a basketball player would use the alternate hand wall throw as you need coordination whilst running and dribbling the ball at the same time, foot hand/arm coordination

A winger in rugby would use the 30 meter dash as you want to be fast in speed so then you cover ground more but also in boxing so the opponent can’t block your punches as they will be coming at a fast speed

It tests agility
The illinois agility test can be used by any position in basketball and in rugby or american football specifically the winger position to monuvere past the players and get the tri or touchdown

the stork test can be used gymnastics so then the gymnasts can land their flips but also to keep still during their turns and more things
