Type 1 = removal of all/part of the clitoris
Type 2 = removal of all/part of the clitoris + labia minora
Type 3 = narrowing/closing of the vaginal orifice
Type 4 = any other FGM

Bleeding
Pain
Infection
Urethral damage

Vaginal/pelvic infections
Dysmenorrhoea
Dyspareunia
Psychological issue
