Megakaryocytic lineage
- CD34, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (Tdt) present both in T cell and B cell
- CD19, cytoplasmic CD22 and
- CD79 earliest B cell marker
- CD10 is acquired as B cell
- precursor matures but declines as B cell reaches full maturation
- U chain immature B cell marker
- CD 20 marker of mature B cell
- Kappa and lambda chain marker of mature B cell
- CD34, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (Tdt) present both in T cell and B cell
- CD2, 7, cytoplasmic CD 3 marker of immature T cell
- CD2 ,7 and 56 is present in NK cell
- As T cell matures CD1a and CD 5 and co expression of CD4 and 8 appeared
- Finally CD 3 appears with subsequent loss of CD 4 and 8
