Cardiorespiratory endurance training (Aerobic Activity)
- – 30 min, 5 days/week of moderate intensity (ie: brisk walk)
- OR – 20 min, 3 days/week of vigorous intensity (ie: jog)
• To prevent weight gain, ave. person: 150-250 min/wk of moderate intensity exercise
