Q

why is dxing Eimeria lukarti more dificult than other emeria spp in fecals?

A

because the oocyte of Eimeria lukarti has a thick band/wall around it that makes it hard to float it. sedementation can be used or sugar soln’s with flotation divises can be used.

A

the large intestine only
