1:1000 (1 mg in 1 ml)
Anaphylaxis
Above 60 lbs= 0.3 mg IM
Under 60 lbs= 0.15mg IM

Breath sounds, vital signs within 5 minutes after administration. Effect on heart rate, continuous EKG monitoring.
