Limit fruit juice (sorbitol)
Reduce alcohol + caffeine
Small freq snacks
Avoid high fibre + deep fried greasy foods

A

Seen in - elderly, terminally ill, chronic constipation

Due to constipation - stools become so impacted that faecal fluid seeps past
