A

It is guidance to assist in design and construction process through 8 stages. These are split into 5 sections: stage outcome, core tasks, statutory process, procurement route, and information exchange.

A

Stage 0 Strategic Definition: High level clients brief
Stage 1 Prep and Briefing: Develop Clients brief
Stage 2 Concept: Outline sketches, layout, drawings, key ideas, procurement route identified
Stage 3 Spatial: Refines stage 2, detailed studies on technical requirements and statutory
Stage 4 Technical: Finalising designs, responsibility matrix, accuracy of information developed.

You mention you completed construction programmes, please may you explain how?

A

I base the stages of the construction programme on RIBA Plan of works, allocating times to each section to be distributed to the project team to ensure information is provided and coordinated between parties.
This involved milestone dates, critical path identifications and sequential areas such as multiple surveys being carried out at once.
