•Statements of Occupant/Owner.
• Observations of Fire Department personnel.
• Large warehouses containing clothing, electronics, etc. Use GOOD JUDGMENT.
Guidelines for Structure Repair:
Light Damage - Minor wall and floor repair, cleanup and painting. $20 to $35 per Square Foot
Moderate Damage - Minor damage beyond scorching and smoke damage, including wall repair, cleanup and painting. $30 to $45 per Square Foot
