A
Designing information for visual perception (graphs, charts, icons).

What is iconography?
A
Choice of icons (Apple logo)

What are key graphs?
A
Bar charts- compare data across categories (always have a zero axis)
Line charts (horizontal- usually time)
Stacked bar chart- parts of a whole and changes over time
ONLY USE 4 COLORS ON A GRAPH!!
Pie charts- Used alone, generally a poor choice for visualization (poor choice)
Scatter Plot (two or more continuous variables)

A way to understand and monitor a process that we care about.
