clean the wound by rinsing it under water or alcohol free wipes whilst wearing PPE

pat it dry using gauze swab + cover it with a sterile gauze.

Raise + support the part of the body thats injured, raise above head/heart to help stop the bleeding

remove the gauze covering the wound + apply sterile dressing
