Rivermead Perceptual Assessment Battery
16 and older who have visual-perceptual deficits after head injury or stroke. Tests assess form constancy, object completion, figure ground, body image, intention, and spatial awareness.
Assessment of motor and process skills
Ages 3 and up, regardless of diagnosis. Client chooses 2 or 3 ADL or IADL tasks and the therapist observes mad documents the motor and process skills that affect performance.
Behavioral Inattention Test
Used with adults with unilateral neglect. Includes activity based tests (menu reading, article reading, coin sorting, etc.) and pen/paper tests (line crossing, letter cancellation, etc.)
LOTCA
Used for people with stoke, TBI, or tumor. Measures basic cognitive functions that are prerequisites for everyday tasks. Five areas: orientation, visual, spatial perception, visual motor organization, and thinking operations.
Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test
Used for people with memory dysfunction.
