2oz London Dry Gin 3/4oz Lemon Juice 3/4oz Simple Syrup 2oz Champagne Garnish with Lemon Twist
Shake and Strain Gin, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup into a flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with Lemon Twist
Cosmopolitan
2oz Vodka
1oz Cranberry Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Lime
3/4 oz Triple Sec
Shake with ice and Strain into a martini glass and garnish with Lime Wheel
4th Regiment
1oz Rye Whiskey
1oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash each orange bitters, celery bitters, Peychaud’s bitters
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail coup, garnish with lemon peel
Abbey Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Orange Juice
3/4 oz Cocchi Americano
2 dashes bitters
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail coup. Garnish with Cherry
Old Fashioned
2oz American Whiskey/Bourbon
2 dashes of Bitters
1 sugar cube
Add enough water to dissolve sugar cube. Add bitters, stir, and strain over fresh ice.
Sazerac
2oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
5 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Splash of Absinthe
Half of a Sugar Cube
Muddle sugar cube and water in a mixing glass. Chill the glass with ice water. Rinse the glass with absinthe. The residual water in the glass should cause the absinthe to loosh and become more aromatic. Add whiskey, bitters, and lemon peel to the mixing glass with the muddled sugar and stir with ice to chill. Strain into absinthe-rinsed lowball glass.
Pisco Sour
2oz Pisco 1oz Lime/Lemon Juice 3/4oz SS 1 Egg White 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients except bitters with ice and strain into the glass. Garnish glass with a dash of bitters.
Manhattan
2oz Rye Whiskey
1oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Cherry.
Mint Julep
2oz Bourbon
10-12 Mint Leaves
1/2oz SS
Add Syrup and Mint Leaves to the Base of the Glass. Add crushed ice and 1oz of the Bourbon and mix. Cap with ice and add rest of Bourbon. Garnish with Mint Leaves.
Gin Fizz
2 oz Gin
3/4oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz SS
Soda Water
Shake Gin, Lemon Juice, and SS in a shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass WITHOUT ICE (this is the fundamental difference between a gin fizz and a collins cocktail.
Side Car
1.5oz Cognac
3/4oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz Cointreau/Orange Liqueur
Shake and strain ingredients with ice. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with Orange Twist.
Gin Rickey
2oz London Dry Gin
1oz Lime Juice
Soda Water
Build in a highball and garnish with lime rind
Aviation
1.5oz London Dry Gin
3/4oz Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes Crème Yvette
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Cherry or Lemon Peel.
Gimlet
2oz Plymouth Gin
3/4oz Lime Juice
3/4oz SS
Martini
2.5oz Gin
1/2oz Dry Vermouth
