Communication
A process whereby information is transmitted from one person to another
Field Care Notes
In the field notes that may include timeline, vitals, witnesses’ names, and other pertinent information
Handoff Report
Oral or written report given at the treansfer of a patient from one provider to anbother
II Team
Incident Investigation team
Group of personnel, usually including representation of management at a resor, who evaluate and document an accident that need further legal documentation
Incident Report Form
Form provided by the Nation Ski Areas Association, a ski resort, or an insurance carrier, used by OEC techs to document an incident
PCR
Patient Care Report
A report documenting a patient’s complaints and past medical hisstory, plul timeline .
Considered a legal document
Patient Privacy
The practice of maintaining the security and confidentiality of patient records. It includes the conversational discretion of health care providers and the security of all medical records.
