Head, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat
balding?

Female presents with facial hair
Hirsutism
Half the face is strained, one eye is closed, half the mouth is smiling
Bell’s Palsy

Conjunctiva turns yellow (jaundice)
Scleral icterus

One eye dilated. What is it called and must you ask?
Anisocoria. How long have you had this?
Drooping of the upper eyelid

Where is one place to push on the ear to asses pain?

When the trachea is not midline?
Caused by pneumothorax- collapsed lung pushes trachea laterally. This is an emergency!!

sibilant wheeze high pitch
