- It is a behaviour that involves the intent to harm or injure a living organism

- Playing within the rules with high intensity & emotion but without the intention to do harm

- hostile aggression

A
- aggressive acts undertaken for the primary goal of trying to harm or injure the victim

- aggressive acts with the intent to harm or injure serving as a means to a particular goal; such as winning, money, or prestige

- frustration does not always lead to aggression but can increase the likelihood of aggression by increasing arousal & anger
