He was the son of Necho, he was brought back from Assyria and installed in the eastern city of Athribis, across from his father’s city.

He is the grandson of Rusas I, he was beginning to rebuild his army in Urartu.

They were a group of nomads filtering down from the Caucasus Mountains, north of the Black Sea.

He was chosen by Esarhaddon to be the younger prince of Babylon, a sovereign ruler under his older brother’s supervision.

He was the cousin of Tirhakah, and was chosen to be his heir. He inherited an empty title, the kingship of a land firmly under Assyrian contorl.
Teushpa
He was the Cimmerian king, he died in battle against Esarhaddon and his army.
Tirhakah
He was the Nubian prince that fought Sennacherib to a draw, and was now king. He had waited a long time for the throne.
