What defines a student?

A

Students must meet three requirements to be defined as a student.
They must be between 18 and 49.
They must be enrolled, at least half time or more in a institution of higher learning that requires a high school diploma, and
they must be physically and mentally able to work and attend school

A

Enrollment status begins on the first day of the first school term for which the student is enrolled and continues to the school term and through vacation and recess until 
the student graduates,
is a suspended/expelled or
drops out.

children between the ages of six and 12, with no adequate childcare,
