When are benefits available?
Delivered by 5am
What happens to benefits left at end of month?
Benefits leftover roll over to next month
What happens to Benefits not used in 364 days?
Benefits are expunged (removed)
What can be bought with CalFresh benefits?
Bread, cereal, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, seeds, plants
What can not be bought using EBT benefits?
No alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, vitamins, medicine, non-food items like pet food, soap, paper products, household supplies

ACCESS is the County call center where staff answer phones and customer emails, processing changes
