Q

escape extinction

A

Q

how to apply extinction

A
  1. define problem behaviour and collect data
  2. conduct a functional assessment
  3. eliminate the reinforcement for the problem behaviour
  4. consider the schedule of reinforcement for the problem behaviour
  5. reinforce alternative behaviour
  6. promote generalization and maintenance
