Common: Dizziness/hypotension
Important: bronchoconstriction, bradycardia, hypoglycaemia, reynaud’s

- HF, PVD, Poorly controlled DM (can mask effects of hypoglycaemia)
- Avoid in asthma, heart block, hypotension

- Alcohol (hypotensive effect)
