A
- Competitive inhibition of ACE -> Decreased conversion to angiotensin II -> Decreased aldosterone & Vasoconstriction
- Stops conversion of bradykinin to inactive metabolites

- Renal impairment
- Hypersensitivity

Common: Persistent dry cough, (first dose) hypotension
Important: Renal failure, Hypersensitivity (angio-oedema), hepatitis
