When does notification to the FD have to be made when a standpipe is OOS? What about for sprinkler or fire alarm systems?
Any time the standpipe is OOS a notification to FD must be made.
Sprinkler or alarm system OOS notification made when:
1-either system OOS on more than1 floor
2-sprinkler system repairs cannot be completed within 8hrs
3-fire alarm OOS for more than 8hrs in any 24hr period
4-when either system is OOS and another system will be OOS
