A

Distinction is : city/state is called neo-hittite if there are Luwian inscriptions!!!!! (used in bilinguals mostly), although Aramaic language is used in some of these places
Some of the people on aramaic states also have luwian or hittite names
Aramaic was probably 1st language of most peeople (early-mid 600s)
