  • PPS RTD FAILURE (PK06‑03)
  • PPS TROUBLE (PK06‑04)
  • PROCESS CONTROL SYS TROUBLE (PK06‑21)
  • Control system not functioning properly
  • Spurious control actions not consistent with plant or equipment operating state
  • indication descrepency > 5% for multiple parameters monitoring same parameter (except Lpzr, 8.5% allowed)
