What should be first assesed if suspected antepartum heamorrage?
A
Perfusion status, external bleeding paitent history, abdominal pain, > 20 weeks gestation

What should be done if there is no clinical signs of antepartum heamorrage?
A
Place paitent in left lateral tilt and transpot to appropriate obsetric hopsital

What should be done if there is clinical sings of altered perfusion?
A
Pt in left lateral tils
TX to obstetric hospital with notification in all cases
Less than adequate perfusiomn: consider normalie saline IV max 40ml/kg titrated to response.
Consult for further fluid- f unable repeat normale saline 20ml/kg
